If you didn’t get the right size or model or you just did not fall in love with your online purchase… Don’t worry. It’s still possible to change or return your purchase within the next 14 business days after the reception’s confirmation of your purchase.
It’s so simple. You just need to send an email to including the next information: Purchase Number, Name, Email, Model, Size and Card’s Holder. Please add inside the returned purchase a paper with the same information provided by email.
The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was received (Original packaging, labels, higiene sticker, with no stains and without having been washed). Otherwise, it will be sent back to the purchaser without the right of reimbursement or change.
For every purchase, the customer has the right of a size or model exchange, as well as the refund of the amount of the product (never of the shipping costs), and Swim Against will assume the costs of sending the return. The client must send the product to our Atelier. (Swim Against is not responsible for lost shipments, so we suggest that you always request the tracking number).
The above return policy does not apply for products with discounts or with promotion codes. Just to change for another size.
Swim Against will give you a refund of the cost after receiving and checking the product’s mentioned conditions.
If we receive your returned purchase after more than 10 days and the product is in perfect conditions, the customer will receive a coupon (with no expiry date) to use it again in our shop. The value of this coupon will not consider the return shipping costs. The mentioned policy also applies for discounted items.
